The antagonist, Frau Engel, is one of the best I have ever seen, chewing the scenery every single time she's on screen, a gloriously despicable character you love to hate. The story is more compelling, fleshing out pre-existing characters while introducing new ones. Aside from the violence, cursing and drug use is more frequent, but it has less sexual content. Melee kills in New Colossus have legs chopped off followed by a neck snap. Melee kills in New Order were little more than a simple stab and slice. Cranking up the violence to an over-the-top degree, action has much more dismemberment and looks a lot more realistic, especially the takedowns. There are some things it does better than The New Order, most notably the gore and graphics.
